Over a dozen of “Good morning Armenia” shows were aired in July-August 2009, covering subjects such as Pledge and Mortgage Agreements, Loans and Borrowings, Copyright protection, real estate, ownership rights, lack in Attorney reputation, public administration, appellate procedures in Armenia, etc. K&P partners and lawyers reveal problems deriving from their practice in the relevant fields, provide interpretations of the legislation while bringing up the gaps and inadequacies of the regulation, as well as bring examples from international practice on the mentioned matters.
Later on the lawyers followed up on the questions received from the program audience.
