In May 2010 K&P partners initiated to make amendments to the RA Law on the Protection of Economic Competition. The initiative is derived from the need to regulate and raise the effectiveness of the economic competition in Armenia.

Competition lawyers from K&P provide consulting and representation on antitrust/competition matters, including mergers/joint ventures, vertical and horizontal relationships with suppliers, customers and competitors, advise on pricing issues, exclusive dealing arrangements, licensing, etc.

K&P Partners and Lawyers took the invitation to explicate on Armenian Public TV issues in the legal practice of Armenia with a focus on judicial practice, corporate and business matters.
